First, let me express you, what I am intending

It is definitely not only about cooking, but for sure, I am a food lover and wonderer of world cuisines and kitchens,

But more, It is about interacting with different people and peoples, discovering cultures and exchanging ideas for life, business and culture!

Thus I have decided to discover experiment and share by cooking, serving and writing about the world cuisines!
Thus, I like to share with you a BIG SECRET
I have discovered, there were 3 major kitchens in the historical development of our planet,
Which really dominate
Oldest one, Chinese about 3-4000 years old survived from dynasty to dynasty
Second, Persian, 2500 years old, started with Persian Dynasty of Xerxes, and lasted through Turkish Seldjukien and Osmanly Dynasties till today and exists as two main versions;
Persian in Persia
And Turkish in Turkey
And French in France and West Europe, South of US States (Luisiana).
Connected minor cuisines are Italian and Spanish!
Secondary Dominating kitchens like Thai, Indian and Japanese also are significant but are rather considered originally as varieties of the Chinese, though today they are very unique and established as well!
But today, the 4th big and dominating kitchen rouse by the need in West Cost of US in the 70’s and ever since different parts of the world has been developing different fusion styles.
My cooking master once had called my style Oceanic Fusion, I still am not sure what this means, but I can assure you, I love sea food, and combining things with one another!
Trying and experimenting different flavours and tastes, discovering different dimensions of ECSTASY.
Thus, our meetings were, are and never going to be only about food or eating, but a JOURNEY into other Worlds, Places and People and Peoples.
Partially, I enjoy sharing the STORIES behind each food/dish, !...

FUSION KITCHEN
is a style of cuisine marked by an interest in  integrating disparate cooking styles and ingredients and in the use of freshly prepared local ingredients. It is a general term for the combination of various forms of cookery and comes in several forms. The food is typically prepared with strong attention to presentation.
Strong influences include Italian cuisine - the combination of which with Californian culture gave the world California-style pizza - as well as French cuisine, Mexican cuisine, Jewish delicatessens, and eastern Asian food, particularly Chinese cuisine and Japanese cuisine. Sushi in particular has become popular in many regions of coastal California, and the California roll is an example of Californian fusion sushi.

Regional fusion combines different cuisines of a region or sub-region into a single eating experience.
Asian fusion restaurants, which combine the various cuisines of different Asian countries, have become popular in many parts of the United States and United Kingdom. Often featured are South Asian, East Asian, and South-East Asian dishes alongside one another and offering dishes that are inspired combinations of such cuisines.
California cuisine is considered a fusion culture, taking inspiration particularly from Italy, France, Mexico, the idea of the European delicatessen, and eastern Asia, and then creating traditional dishes from these cultures with non-traditional ingredients - such as California pizza.
Other examples of this style include Tex-Mex, which combines southwest United States cuisine and Mexican cuisines, and Pacific rim cuisine, which combines the different cuisines of the various island nations.
In Australia, due to the increasing influx of migrants, fusion cuisine is being reinvented and is becoming increasingly the norm at numerous cafes and restaurants; with Melbourne and Sydney now being considered as some of the best cities in the world with regard to the quality and creativity of Asian-fusion restaurants.
Another incarnation of fusion cuisine implements a more eclectic approach, which generally features original dishes that combine varieties of ingredients from various cuisines and regions. Such a restaurant might feature a wide variety of dishes inspired by a combination of various regional cuisines with new ideas.
Foods based on one culture, but prepared using ingredients and flavours inherent to another culture, are also considered forms of fusion cuisine. For instance, pizza made with cheddar and pepper jack cheese, salsa, refried beans or other common taco ingredients is often marketed as "Taco Pizza". This particular dish is a fusion of Italian and Mexican cuisines. Similar approaches have been used for fusion-sushi, such as rolling maki with different types of rice and ingredients such as curry and basmati rice, cheese and salsa with Spanish rice, or spiced ground lamb and capers rolled with Turkish-style rice and grape leaves, which resembles inside-out dolma’s.
